Key Responsibilities
*must be Professional Cocktail Bartender
- Develop innovative cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.
- Maintain RSA, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Manage bar operations, opening/closing, and POS.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a cocktail Bartender, or Bar Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and mixology.
- Experience creating signature cocktails essential.
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Shifts: 3–4 PM start, 10–11 PM finish, 5–6 days per week.
