Le Buste is Brisbane’s trusted destination for fuller bust lingerie and expert bra fittings—and we’re on an exciting journey of growth. What began in a home studio evolved into a charming boutique, and now thrives in our vibrant, spacious store in Wynnum.
We are looking for a Casual Retail Assistant/Bra Fitter to join our team for up to 20 hours a week on a Monday to Saturday roster (Saturday availablity is essential). For the right person, there’s a clear path to a permanent position of 30+ hours.
As a small business, we’re a close-knit team, and every role includes some admin to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy variety, take initiative and want to be part of building something, you’ll love it here.
As a Retail Assistant your day will include:
- Provide the full Bra Fitting experience with a friendly empathetic attitude
- Create a welcoming environment for every customer
- POS and till reconciliations
- Processing deliveries and displaying new styles
- Maintain boutique presentation and assist with inventory, merchandising and digital storytelling.
The ideal applicant will have:
- A positive, caring nature and a natural, authentic sales style
- At least 2–3 years’ retail sales experience, ideally in lingerie, fashion or another one-on-one setting
- Bra fitting experience is highly regarded, but solid sales experience is just as valued. The right person will be trained the Le Buste way.
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of customers and make them feel relaxed and welcomed
- Strong alignment to our brand and ethics
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems (POS, Shopify, email, Microsoft Office)
- A proactive, flexible attitude and happiness to pitch in wherever needed
- Confidence and discretion working closely with women of all ages, shapes and sizes
- Flexible Monday to Friday roster, must be able to work Saturday.
