Xero Bookkeeper
Job Title: Bookkeeper | Work From Home Laptop Provided | $50/hr Super

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our friendly team. Your main focus will be bank reconciliations, processing supplier bills, and keeping on top of awaiting payments — all while building great relationships with our clients so we get the documents and information we need, when we need it.
What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations in Xero
- Process bills from Dext into Xero and keep a close eye on bills in awaiting payment
- Register assets in fixed assets register and ensure fixed assets reconcile to general ledger
- Prepare monthly & quarterly activity statement reports in Xero
- Send clear, skilled bank reconciliation queries to clients while monitoring the bookkeeping inbox
What We’re Looking For
- Bookkeeping experience in Xero
- Eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Experience in Google Sheets is nice but not essential — training provided
