How It All Started In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your Challenges:

1. Develop and execute sales plans for the Australian and New Zealand markets to support business growth.
2. Identify and engage potential distributors, dealers, and business partners, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
3. Manage the full sales cycle, including customer development, business negotiations, contract signing, and order follow-up, while supporting growth with existing customers.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to support product positioning, channel strategies, and market expansion.
5. Collaborate with product, GTM, marketing, and after-sales teams to support business operations, and participate in local exhibitions and industry events to drive regional business development.

Your profile includes:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 2 years of sales or business development experience in solar, energy storage (ESS), consumer electronics, heat pumps, or related industries.
3. Professional proficiency in English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills, with good commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across teams.
5. Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand markets. Existing networks with local distributors, dealers, or retail partners are an advantage.
