Your Day-to-Day

You’ll take responsibility for managing client engagements from start to finish, balancing technical delivery, client relationship management and advisory support.

Working closely with Partners and the wider team, you’ll help deliver practical accounting and tax solutions while ensuring clients receive a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include

- Manage a portfolio of clients across business services, tax compliance and advisory

- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and related compliance work

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing practical advice and identifying opportunities to add value

- Work closely with Partners on client matters and business development initiatives

- Review work prepared by Accountants and Senior Accountants, ensuring accuracy and quality

- Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior team members





- Manage deadlines, workflow and engagement budgets across your portfolio

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian tax legislation and relevant accounting standards

- Privately owned businesses and private groups

- Companies, trusts and consolidated groups

- High-net-worth individuals and family groups

- Investment and property groups

- Professional services organisations

- Growing businesses requiring ongoing accounting, tax and advisory support

What We’re Looking For

- CA/CPA qualified

- Approximately 5+ years’ experience within Australian public practice

- Strong experience across business services and tax compliance

- Experience reviewing financial statements and tax returns

- Confidence managing client relationships and handling client queries

- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members

- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach, with an interest in developing commercially focused client relationships
