About the role

We are on the hunt for a motivated and passionate Butcher and/or Meat Packer to join our team in a fast-paced workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Meat preparation - cut, trim, debone into primary and secondary cuts

- Product processing - sausages, marinades, delights and pastry goods

- Customer service - cash register, customer enquiries, wholesale deliveries, cooking methods and suggestions

- Merchandising and display - cabinet display, meat raffle trays, arranging meat display

- Safety and hygiene - cleaning, sanitizing, keeping work areas clear

- Inventory management - product rotation, monitoring stock levels, backroom organization
