Cafe Manager Chance at Two Slices Sandwich Bar Bondi!

Two Slices Sandwich Bar has expanded. After building a thriving, loyal following at our Perth store with fresh, high-quality sandwiches, innovative drinks, and a welcoming vibe, we've opened our second location in Bondi, NSW.

We're searching for two experienced, hands-on Managers to lead our team. You'll be instrumental in training the team, setting operational standards, and delivering the same exceptional food and service that has made us a success in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Bondi store, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an outstanding customer experience.
- Train and lead a team of sandwich makers, front-of-house staff, baristas, and cooks.
- Manage staff performance, and development to build a motivated, high-performing team.




- Drive sales through excellent food quality, menu knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, OH&S;, and licensing requirements

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Cafe/Restaurant/Store Manager in hospitality (ideally in quick-service, cafe, or sandwich/deli environments).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for fresh food, customer service, and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Hands-on approach
- Availability to start immediately
