Optus is seeking a General Manager, Billing and Payments to own end-to-end operations, drive strategy, and deliver major system transformations. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize cost per bill and payment.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Billing and Credit, you will shape the roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and coach a high-performing team in a large-scale setting.
