Wagner Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor/Foreman to join our growing team delivering a range of civil projects.
This role is responsible for leading site teams and coordinating daily activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment required for the projects.
- Effectively program and manage daily site works
- Ensure compliance with client project specifications
- Monitor and verify subcontractor works and performance
- Conduct site inductions, training and toolbox meetings
- Implement ITPs, testing requirements and non-conformance processes
- Ensure projects comply with legislation, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Coordinate incident, emergency and near-miss reporting
- Maintain a productive and positive team environment
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in civil construction, particularly roads and drainage.
- Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Strong understanding of HSEQ requirements and compliance.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise works effectively.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Computer literacy including MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
