Aurum Poultry Co. is a growing Australian elevated poultry business supplying independent retailers, butchers, restaurants, foodservice customers and major accounts across Australia.

This role is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, accurate order management and robust day-to-day coordination across the business, with particular responsibility for supporting customers within Aurum's growing Vietnamese and Asian markets.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams including Commercial, Warehouse, Production, Logistics and Finance to help ensure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved quickly and customers receive clear, professional communication.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping keep a fast-moving commercial operation on track.

Key responsibilities

Manage customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment and delivery

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and other communication channels

Provide professional support to customers within Aurum's Vietnamese and Asian markets

Assist customers with product, order, availability and delivery enquiries

Build strong working relationships with customers and understand their ongoing requirements

Process order amendments, special requests and customer follow-up accurately

Proactively communicate order changes, shortages, delays or delivery updates

Coordinate closely with Commercial, Warehouse, Production and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues

Support current customer onboarding and account setup

Maintain accurate customer, order and account information within company systems

About you

Previous experience in customer service, order management, sales support, account coordination or administration

Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy





Robust organisation and time-management skills

A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving

Confidence managing multiple customer requests and priorities

Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams

Confidence using CRM, ERP, order-management or similar business systems

Strong teamwork and a willingness to support the broader Commercial function

Experience within food, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, hospitality supply or another fast-moving environment will be highly regarded
