If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being involved in more than just administration, you'll fit right in.

Working alongside our Account Executives, you'll support clients, prepare insurance quotes, assist with renewals and policy changes, liaise with underwriters, and help with marketing and social media activities.

Every quote prepared, enquiry answered and renewal processed helps local businesses protect what they've worked hard to build. And that's why we do it!

No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a client arrange cover, the next supporting a renewal, preparing a quote, speaking with an underwriter, or creating content for social media.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing new business quotes, renewals and policy changes.

- Supporting Account Executives with client service and portfolio management.

- Managing client enquiries via phone and email.

- Liaising with clients, insurers and underwriters.

- Assisting with marketing campaigns and business initiatives.

- Creating and maintaining social media content.

- Maintaining client information and administration.

- Helping keep the business running smoothly.

About You





We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys building relationships and helping people.

- Has strong attention to detail.

- Is organised, reliable and proactive.

- Enjoys variety and learning current skills.

- Is comfortable with technology and social media.

- Takes initiative and gets things done.

Insurance experience is preferred, but not essential.

We don't expect you to know everything about insurance on day one. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn will take you a long way.
