/n The Role /n Do you want to grow sales, build lasting customer relationships and help supply the cement that goes into Western Australia's biggest projects? /n As an Account Manager at Cockburn Cement, you will drive sales growth and find new business opportunities across the WA cement market. Reporting to the Manager – Sales West, you will manage key customer accounts, support commercial negotiations and work closely with our operations teams to deliver safe, reliable and profitable outcomes. /n You will be the key link between our customers and our internal teams. You will deliver exceptional service and support sustainable growth for the business. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Manage and grow key accounts across the cement and construction materials sectors

/n

- Identify, pursue and win current business across WA

/n

- Build lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and site visits

/n

- Prepare tenders, proposals and tailored customer solutions

/n

- Partner with operations to ensure reliable, on-time product supply

/n

- Track market trends, competitor activity and pricing movements

/n

- Contribute to pricing strategy, forecasting and sales pipeline planning

/n

- Provide technical and commercial advice on cement products

/n

- Champion safety, compliance, Chain of Responsibility and sustainability in everything you do

/n /n About You /n You are a commercially minded sales professional who builds strong customer relationships and delivers practical solutions. To succeed,



you will bring: /n /n

- Proven experience in account management, sales or business development

/n

- A background in cement, concrete, construction materials, industrial or mining sectors

/n

- Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills

/n

- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

/n

- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

/n

- Intermediate MS Office and CRM skills

/n

- A current WA driver's licence
