American Trucks Australia is the industry leader for importing bespoke American Trucks into Australia and has the reputation for Quality & premium customer service, with direct factory supply, in-house right-hand-drive conversion. with the main office in Stapylton Qld.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Processing invoices, Accounts Receivable/Payable and follow up where required

- Other data entry and bookkeeping tasks as directed by the Manager, such as assisting with processing staff records

- Reconciliation of transactions, including dispute resolution and follow up

- Checking and entering expenses

- Raising Purchase Orders

- Attend to administrative requirements relating to the sales function, including receiving, processing and checking accuracy of sales orders,



processing and issuing invoices, check and follow up outstanding as required.

- Clerical and administrative tasks such as preparing documents and offices correspondences

- Experience with Ai/Automation highly regarded

- Experience in marketing highly regarded

- Dealership experience preferred

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar Accounts / Administration role (essential)

- Strong knowledge of accounts processes (invoicing, reconciliations)

- Experience with accounting software (Xero or similar)

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications preferred

- Skilled communication and customer service skills
