Sydney, NSW | Residential Development | Acquisitions & Site Identification An established and highly active Sydney property development group is looking to appoint an Acquisitions Manager to join its growing team.

This is an chance to work within a well-capitalised development business with a strong appetite for new opportunities across the Sydney market. The role will suit someone who is commercially driven, well connected and capable of identifying, assessing and securing development opportunities.

The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and sourcing new development opportunities across Sydney
- Building relationships with agents, landowners, consultants and other industry contacts




- Undertaking initial site assessments and development feasibility analysis
- Assessing planning controls, development potential and acquisition risks
- Preparing financial models and investment recommendations
- Negotiating commercial terms and progressing transactions
- Coordinating due diligence across planning, legal, design and technical disciplines
- Preparing acquisition papers and recommendations for senior management
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of on-market and off-market opportunities
- Monitoring competing transactions, land values and development activity across key Sydney markets
