Belinda's Better Care (Aged Care and Disability Supports) is currently looking for Support Workers that are experienced in providing high quality supports to people in our community that are living with disability or ageing needs. The role involves travelling between customer's homes and assisting them both in and outside the home with individualised supports that may include personal, home care and social supports. We are seeking candidates from Benalla, Wangaratta and surrounding areas.

Of particular interest are candidates that have qualifications such as: Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Community Services or an equivalent. We are also open to candidates who feel they have the knowledge, skill, personal qualities and motivational fit to provide quality supports.

A current Working With Children Check (Employee type), Level 2 First Aid and a requirement to undertake NDIS Worker Screening prior to commencement of employment is mandatory.

An Interview, Induction/Training and shadow shifts are all part of our onboarding process.

All employees are paid under the current SCHCADS Award.
