Role purpose An all-round Technical Business Analyst with a broad understanding of the Microsoft stack and practical exposure to AI-related initiatives. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals, current processes, pain points and expected outcomes.
- Define and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI and Microsoft technologies to business processes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and data teams to clarify feasibility, integrations, data needs and dependencies.
- Support solution reviews, testing, user feedback and business acceptance.
Experience and skills
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in technical business analysis, systems analysis or a similar IT role.
- Broad understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and the ability to help assess practical use cases and requirements.
- Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, requirements documentation and analytical skills.
- Able to move between business discussions and technical conversations as an adaptable all-rounder.
