Affinity Care WA Affinity Care WA Pty Ltd is looking for multiple full-time Aged or Disabled Carers that provide essential in-home support to elderly individuals or people with disabilities, enabling them to live more independently and comfortably in their own homes. The role focuses on delivering practical assistance with daily tasks while offering vital companionship and emotional support.

responsibilities Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Helping with mobility, including transfers and movement around the home. Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if necessary.

Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and vacuuming. Shopping for groceries and running general errands. Accompanying clients to appointments or during daily activities outside the home.

Providing companionship, friendship, and emotional support. Arranging and participating in social activities to promote engagement. Some carers may live in the client's home to provide continuous support.

Qualification &





experience AQF Certificate II or III in Individual Support or a related field, or at least one year of relevant work experience. Ability to assist clients with personal care, daily living activities and mobility. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and caring approach to supporting clients.

Ability to follow individual support plans and work independently or as part of a team. Depending on the client’s support needs, some positions may require additional relevant experience or role-specific on-the-job training.
