Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Coordinator - Admissions & Assessments. You will review residents' clinical needs, translate it into clear assessments, and support the care team from day one.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, AN-ACC knowledge, and coordinating pre-admission to ensure safe, well-prepared starts for residents. This is a full time, permanent position in Toowoomba.
