HammondCare seeks a caring individual to provide essential in-home aged care across Singleton, NSW. You will assist with personal care, home duties, transport to appointments and medication support, travelling in your own car with reimbursement.

Full training is provided; no prior experience required. A 14-day perm part time roster offers predictability, with licence and flexibility to meet client needs and potential progression via Certificate III in Aged Care.
