Position: Educator – Certificate III / Diploma

Hourly Rate: $42.34 – $47.68 per hour (inclusive of applicable allowances, casual loading and Worker Retention Payment), plus superannuation

THE ROLE

As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important part in creating a secure, welcoming and engaging environment where children feel supported to learn,



explore and grow.

Working alongside our experienced educators and room leaders, you'll help deliver meaningful learning experiences that encourage children's curiosity, confidence and development.

You'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for working with children and families.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

- Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care setting is desirable
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care
- A positive, flexible and reliable approach to your work
- A current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one

- Valid working rights in Australia
