We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Malaga. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What the role involves
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Pay rates
Casual role,
paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
