We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and motivated Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team.

Our beautiful new centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide inspiring learning environments, spacious outdoor play areas and endless opportunities for children to explore, discover and grow.

About the Role

As a Certificate III Early Childhood Educator, you will:

- Provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environment for children aged 0–5 years.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful play-based experiences.
- Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
- Support children's daily routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, personal hygiene and transitions.
- Encourage children's independence, confidence, creativity and social development.
- Participate in observations, documentation and reflections to support children's individual learning journeys.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Work collaboratively with room leaders, educators and management to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.




- Actively contribute to the centre's continuous improvement and positive team culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and children's development.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, caring and motivated.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Has an understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
- Is confident in building positive relationships with children and families.
- Is committed to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices.
- Holds a valid Working With Children Check and meets applicable child safety requirements.
- Is willing to participate in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
