THE ROLE
Due to sustained growth across a number of sectors, we are currently seeking Civil Workers with multiple positions available.
This Civil Worker role is responsible for:
- Understanding and completing tasks as part of the work crew as directed by the Leading Hand, Operator Foreman, and Site Manager.
- Installation of underground electrical conduits, pits, structures and associated civil tasks.
- Installation of underground power cables (cable hauling).
- Supporting tasks for jointing and terminating works.
- General civil construction including trenching, earthworks, concreting, asphalting, etc.
- Safe and correct operation of plant and equipment.
- Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental controls in accordance with business policies.
- Out of hours availability.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to work as part of a team, robust work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Experience in civil, electrical or other utility works is highly regarded.
- Plant tickets are highly regarded.
- VESI/VEDN training is highly regarded.
- Construction Induction (White Card).
- HR Licence (syncromesh).
- Forklift LF licence
- Front End Loader LL ticket
