STEPS is a not-for-profit in Townsville delivering the Work Mates program to help people grow toward meaningful employment. We’re seeking a casual Employment Support Coach for 15–30 hours per week, with shifts between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
This is a hands-on, community-focused role, not a desk job, working directly with participants, employers and local organisations. You’ll help participants set goals, coach resumes and interview skills, boost confidence and workplace readiness, and maintain
