Role

Join Lending Operations in a hands-on collections, arrears and payments analysis role.

You will

- Monitor arrears, repayments and customer payment behaviour across lending portfolios

- Spot overdue accounts, collection risks and emerging trends, and support early intervention

- Investigate failed, delayed or misallocated payments and resolve exceptions quickly

- Refer overdue accounts (beyond 31 days) to Recoveries Manager

- Produce clear reporting on arrears, recoveries and performance trends

- Partner with Credit, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Hardship and Technology to resolve issues

- Improve collections workflows, controls,



systems and automation

Your Background

- Previous collections experience is essential, including monitoring arrears, repayments and delinquent accounts

- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with transaction and portfolio data

- Intermediate to advanced Excel

- Experience with loan servicing or collections systems (Salesforce or other reporting tools an advantage)

- A practical, customer-focused approach with solid attention to detail
