About Us We are a small consulting team doing genuinely interesting work alongside and supporting Government. Our projects are complex, our clients are senior, and our standards are high. We also know how to have a laugh, and we look after each other.

We work hard, and we work smart, but we are not a long-hours culture. We will never ask you to work the weekend unless the country genuinely depends on it, and even then, we will call it a break-glass situation and mean it. We are growing, and we are looking for a few good people to join us.

About You You have worked in or alongside NT Government or Australian Government long enough to know how it works. Your background might be in communication, policy, project coordination or project management, or even as a chief of staff or business manager, but what defines you is less about where you have been and more about how you operate. You write well.

Not just competently. Clearly, crisply and in plain English. You can turn a messy transcript into a sharp briefing, and you know exactly what a senior executive needs to see and what to leave out. You speak confidently in rooms that might make others nervous.

You notice what needs doing and you do it. You track things, follow through and keep your head when the project gets busy.



You take pride in the quality of your work and you are comfortable with technology, including knowing when an AI-assisted output needs a human eye before it goes anywhere near a client.

You Will Succeed Here If

- You know how to communicate across all levels, including clients, team members, and you know what is appropriate in all situations

- You love AI, and are thrilled how much more productive it lets you be.

- You have coordinated complex, multi-workstream projects and kept them on track through the messy middle.

- You have prepared executive-ready documents, reports, briefing notes and presentations under pressure.

- You have supported workshops, governance forums or senior meetings and made them run smoothly.

- You know Microsoft 365 well enough to teach someone else, and you embrace smarter ways of working.

- You work hard when it counts, switch off when the work is done, and never confuse hours with output.
