Experienced Fish & Chips chef/cook - Immediate Start

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic chef/cook to join our team at Boka Bites that specialises in gluten free fish and chips in Bokarina, Queensland. You will play a vital role in creating preparing and presenting delicious meals for our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing including filleting, cleaning fish and crustaceans.

- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes

- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

- Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role of 2 + years

- Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods for 100% gluten free menu.

- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays on a 7 day roster
