Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Copywriter with a passion for technology, command of the Australian voice, and an eye for detail. You’ll ensure our website content is polished, engaging, and conforms with global brand voice while speaking directly to the Australian market. You’ll be working across SaaS and DaaS projects, collaborating closely with our other content writers, UX designers, marketing team, and executive team to write compelling copy that resonates with potential customers while meeting a matrix of objectives.

This role balances regionalising global assets for Australia and creating net new assets for your home market that can be adapted for global applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit, write and proofread website copy including landing pages, product pages, and blogs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create net-new and regionalised variants of social and enablement assets including LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, trade show flyers, and ad copy.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex drone and SaaS features into clear, user-friendly web content.




- Optimise website copy for SEO and agentic search markers (including keyword integration, answer chunking, meta optimizations, heading heirarchy, and internal linking).
- Maintain adherence to global brand voice standards including tone and style consistency across all website touchpoints.
- Develop the Australian regional brand variants to be approved by global leadership.
- Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in product descriptions, feature explanations, and integration details.
- Work with the UX team to align copy with user flows and enhance readability and engagement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in website content, recommending improvements and updates to enhance customer experience.
- Proof digital assets for promotional campaigns, including call-to-actions, banners, and product updates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a copywriter or web content writer/editor, preferably in a technology or SaaS workplace.
- Exceptional grammar, punctuation, and writing skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to evaluate and manage priorities, shift focus, and manage concurrent projects to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience writing or editing for drone technology and/or SaaS products.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, GEO, and other content visibility strategies in shifting landscapes.
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and sales enablement content.
- Experience regionalising global assets for the Australian regional market.
- Familiarity with UX/UI writing principles and best practices.
