About the Role Trojan Recruitment Group is currently recruiting Experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a new client based in St Marys. Our client is one of the largest 4PL and supply chain providers.

Shift Available:

- Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Safely operate a GAS Counterbalance Forklift.
- Load and unload trucks/containers using a counterbalance forklift or via manual handling.
- May also be required to complete duties including picking, putaways and replenishment using forklift.
- Manual Handling duties include freight handling, picking, packing, palletising, RF scanning, rework tasks and processing orders for despatch or returns in a designated area or conveyor belt.
- Alternate between forklift and manual handling duties dependant on operational requirements.
- Perform general warehouse duties.
- Adhere to safe operating procedures in all tasks.

Skills and Experience

- Must have a valid LF forklift license.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience operating a GAS Counterbalance Forklift.
- Must have RF scanning and freight handling/pick/packing experience.




- Must be able to meet performance KPI's
- Must be physically fit to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Experience using Paperless Warehouse Systems required.
- Must have own reliable transport and commitment to the role.
- Valuable verbal communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
