L&D; Earthmoving is seeking a highly organized and energetic office all-rounder to join our growing team. Your time will majorly be spent in allocations providing efficient customer service from entering job details with general administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and have a great eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Coordinate daily allocations and scheduling of earthmoving plant and machinery
- Liaise with shareholders, operators, and subcontractors to ensure effective job allocation and communication
- Assist with sales enquiries via phone and email
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain compliance documentation and support all departments as required
- Order office supplies and assist with general office administration duties
- Participate in an after-hours roster shared amongst team members, supporting a healthy work-life balance
About you
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of allocations, scheduling, and earthmoving plant and machinery is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
