Job Title: Front of House – Café & Dessert Section

Location: Big Fat Greek Woodbine

We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to serve customers and prepare drinks and desserts in our café and dessert section.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers, answer menu questions and take orders accurately.
- Operate the till, process payments and handle cash.
- Prepare and serve coffees, cold drinks, shakes and desserts to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Keep dessert displays neat, stocked and clearly labelled.
- Maintain clean tables, benches, equipment and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing and restocking duties.
- Work with the team to provide prompt, friendly service during busy periods.

Skills and qualities

- Friendly manner and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy setting.
- Good communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
- Café, barista or dessert experience is an advantage.
- Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
