We are seeking a Customer Service Manager (Trade Sales) based in North Melbourne to manage inbound enquiries and sales orders while supporting the national Trade Sales team. This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, providing efficient sales support, and helping drive revenue growth THE COMPANY

Our client is an Australian supplier of commercial door hardware, locking and security products, providing solutions to builders, contractors and commercial facilities across a range of industries.

THE ROLE

- Manage inbound phone and email enquiries, sales enquiries and Trade Sales orders nationally.

- Process and manage online sales orders and enquiries.

- Assist Business Development Managers with quotations, sales order entry and purchase order follow-ups.

- Provide general customer support and ensure enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

- Follow up on sales quotes and distribute sales information and leads to relevant team members.

- Ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded, providing solutions where needed.

- Support the Head of Trade Sales in growing revenue, margins and profitability.

- Follow company policies, procedures and work instructions while maintaining a
- safe working environment.





- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

THE CANDIDATE To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in customer service, internal sales or sales support.

- Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone and email enquiries.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and orders.

- A customer-focused approach and commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

- Robust attention to detail when preparing quotes, processing orders and following up on requests.

- The ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other internal departments.

- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience in trade sales, construction, building products or hardware would be an advantage.
