An exciting opportunity exists for a Licensed Customs Broker who is DAFF accredited to join the National Customs team. We are looking for someone in Melbourne to support our wider Australian business.

With a minimum of one year's experience as a Licensed Customs Broker in Australia and proven industry knowledge, you will provide expert customs advice to clients, ensuring strict compliance with all Australian Customs and DAFF/Biosecurity regulations.





The successful candidate will have strong time management and high level organisational skills to ensure the appropriate level of support is delivered to the Australian branches whilst meeting KPI requirements.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service aptitude, will be highly motivated and ensure the accuracy of all transactions to achieve deadlines with a methodical approach. The ability to communicate both verbally and written with clients is absolutely fundamental to the role.

Essential Requirements:

- Customs Brokers Licence

- DAFF accredited person

- Proficient with ICS - Integrated Cargo System

- Strong understanding of Cargowise operating system

- Minimum one year's experience as a Licensed Customs Broker
