Wellways Australia is seeking a Peer Wellbeing Navigator in Rockhampton to support individuals on their recovery journey. This part time role (30.4 hours per week) offers meaningful peer-led engagement and service navigation within the Medicare Mental Health Centre.
You will share personal lived experience to empower clients, facilitate group sessions, and coordinate care plans alongside clinical supports. Flexibility and ongoing screening are part of the process.
