An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join TMHS as our After Hours Coordinator based at our Terang Hospital. As the After Hours Coordinator, you will be working in a key leadership and management role that is accountable for the productive and effective hands on operational management of the hospital after hours.
You will:
- Support and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating care practices, processes, and services.
- Collaborate with Shift Leaders and Unit Managers to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with virtual services to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices.
About You

- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience within Acute Care.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective clinical practice role model
- Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare
- Contemporary clinical knowledge and experience in an acute setting and knowledge of residential aged care nursing
To be successful you will have a willingness to work afternoon, night and weekend shifts
