MUNJA Bakehouse is an Australian wholesale bakery supplying quality products to cafés, caterers and hospitality businesses across Australia. We take pride in our products, our customer relationships and the qualified service we provide to our customers.

We are looking for a reliable, professional and well-presented Delivery Driver & Brand Representative to join our Queensland operations. This is more than a delivery role — you will be the face of MUNJA Bakehouse when visiting our customers and helping grow our brand throughout the region.

About the Role

Based at our warehouse in Gaythorne, you will collect and deliver MUNJA Bakehouse products to customers across Brisbane CBD, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in their appearance, communicates confidently and understands the importance of building solid customer relationships. You will be representing our brand at every delivery, providing excellent service and identifying opportunities to promote our products and generate additional sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and load customer orders from our Gaythorne warehouse, with a 5:00 am start.
- Deliver products accurately, safely and on time to cafés, caterers and other customers.
- Represent MUNJA Bakehouse professionally at every customer interaction.
- Maintain a clean,



tidy and presentable appearance.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Respond confidently to customer enquiries about our products and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team member.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and introduce customers to other items in our range.
- Ensure deliveries are handled carefully and proof of delivery is completed where required.
- Communicate delivery issues, customer feedback and potential sales opportunities to the MUNJA team.
- Maintain a clean and organised delivery vehicle and follow all relevant safety and food-handling procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Unrestricted, current driver's licence.
- A secure driving history and a responsible attitude on the road.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, clean and well-presented appearance.
- A friendly, confident and customer-focused personality.
- Strong reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a delivery run efficiently.
- Willingness to start work at 5:00 am on scheduled days.
- Ability to handle and move delivery cartons safely.

Desirable Experience
- Previous delivery driving or multi-drop delivery experience.




- Experience delivering to cafés, restaurants, caterers or other hospitality businesses.
- Sales, customer service or account management experience.
- Confidence recommending products and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Familiarity with Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.
