Sydney, NSW | Residential & Mixed-Use Development An established and highly active Sydney property development group is looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager to join its growing team.

This is an chance to work within a well-capitalised development business with a strong pipeline of projects and play a key role across the full development lifecycle, from initial feasibility and acquisition support through planning, design, delivery and completion.

The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:

- Managing residential and mixed-use developments from feasibility through to completion
- Supporting acquisition opportunities through initial feasibility, due diligence and development assessment
- Managing planning, DA and approval processes
- Appointing and coordinating architects, planners, engineers and specialist consultants




- Driving design outcomes while maintaining commercial and project objectives
- Managing project feasibilities, budgets, programmes and development risk
- Working closely with internal acquisitions, design, construction and sales teams
- Managing key external stakeholders including councils, authorities and consultants
- Overseeing procurement and construction delivery alongside the project team
- Identifying commercial opportunities and proactively resolving development issues
- Reporting on project progress, financial performance, programme and risk to senior management
- Taking ownership of projects through practical completion and settlement
