Uniting WA is seeking a Senior Digital Support Analyst to provide assistance to our 2 Digital Support Officers and deliver high-quality technical support across our organisation. About the Role
Be the go-to digital problem-solver for teams across Uniting WA as well as the point of escalation for our Digital Support Officers.
As an ICT Support Analyst, you’ll blend tech smarts with people skills to support user onboarding, solve issues fast, and lift digital confidence organisation-wide.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical support issues from Level 1 service desk staff.
- Troubleshoot and support hardware,
software, network connectivity, and system access problems.
- Assist in creating Automated workflows
- Perform essential updates to the Windows environment
- Liaise with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications teams to address cross-functional technical issues.
- Document resolutions and contribute to support procedures and knowledge base materials.
- Monitor system performance alerts and assist in preventative maintenance activities.
- Provide support during system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure rollouts.
- Administered and configured Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
