Are you a compassionate, reliable carer with a heart for helping others live more independently and joyfully?

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Support Worker to assist participants with varying disabilities in Sydney inner west and south west.

Providing community access, personal care and friendly, respectful companionship.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing respectful personal care support, including showering and daily living tasks
- Preparing meals for participants
- Driving the participant to appointments, social outings, and community activities
- Building a warm, trusting relationship based on empathy, dignity, and encouragement
- Promoting her independence while offering practical and emotional support
- Managing physically demanding tasks with confidence and composure, ensuring the participant's needs are met calmly and effectively

You’ll Need:
- A great attitude and a passion for people
- A calm,



capable presence – someone who can respond quickly and effectively when challenges arise
- Reliability, empathy and outstanding communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence (bonus points if you’ve got your own car!)
- At least 2 years experience as a Support Worker
