This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Centre Director and Educators to establish high-quality educational practices, learning environments and a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and leadership team
- Lead and support high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Mentor Educators in programming, documentation and reflective practice
- Support engaging, child-led learning environments, and help establish a positive and consistent educational culture across the centre
- Understand and respect the different family cultures, and build solid relationships with children, families and educators
- Help and support director in social media, marketing, and brand promotion for this centre
About you
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved higher qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Experience in programming, curriculum development and reflective practice
- Experience mentoring and supporting Educators
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for play-based, child-led learning
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Current Child Protection training
