UE Switchboards is a leading Electrical Engineering firm, specializing in electrical switchboard manufacturing/assembly since 1961. UE Switchboards is based in Enoggera, Brisbane.
Qualification & Experience
We require an Electrical Trades person and or an Electrical TA. This position offers a casual position with the view to a permanent position. The successful applicant will require the following document's,
- Trade Qualifications, Electrical Fitter/Mechanic or Electrical TA.
- Drivers license, blue/white card an advantage, & a CPR/LVR certificate.
- At least 5 years experience with switchboard assembly/manufacturing, control wiring, bus-bar forming, reading and understanding Electrical CAD circuits/drawings with a solid attention to detail.
Knowledge of AS/NZS electrical standards applied to switchboard design & manufacture.
- Ability to follow instructions and the ability to work & communicate with a highly specialized team.
- The successful applicant will be performing these duties in a workshop environment. Support & training will be offered.
- The successful applicant will be expected to be self motivated and have a strong work ethic.
