We are currently looking for a skilled Floor Layer Multi Tradeto join our responsemaintenace team, based in the Waverley area. You will specialise in carrying out flooring repairs in our customers properties and in void properties.

The Floor Layer Multi Trade role:

You will complete variable jobs including cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles and latex, and domestic floor laying

Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our voids and refurbishment team

You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, working in occupied properties.

Maintaining a safe working workplace is imperative,



and being aware of the health and safety of yourself, your team and your customers.

What will you bring to the Floor Layer Multi Trade role?

Demonstrable experience of domestic floor laying

PreferablyNVQ qualified, or equivalent,in floor laying

Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets

Possession of a full current UK Driving license, which is essential to undertake theFloor Layer role, with use of a company van (to be discussed at interview stage).
