We would love to hear from you! Rosanna Traditional Chinese Medicine is a well-established, welcoming and professional clinic with over 30 years of experience caring for our community.

We are looking for a warm, organised, proactive, experienced and capable Clinic Manager to join our friendly team for 3 days per week.

What we're looking for

- Previous clinic management, medical/allied health reception experience is essential.
- Experience using Cliniko practice management software is essential ( or similiar)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing appointments, patient enquiries and daily clinic operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.
- A positive,



professional and caring approach to patients and colleagues.
- Someone who takes initiative enjoys responsibility and helps keep the clinic running smoothly.

About the role

You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our clinic, supporting our practitioners, caring for our patients and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and professionally.
