Join a Growing Business and Help Shape the Future of Estimating

About Teoma

Over the past 27 years, Teoma has experienced significant growth and consolidation, building a strong business supported by an experienced team and a fantastic workplace culture.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Estimator to join our team.

We're interested in candidates with experience in either Electrical or HVAC estimating. While experience across both disciplines would be an advantage, it isn't essential. We're happy to support the right person in developing their skills and knowledge in the discipline they may not have experience in.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, results-driven and passionate about delivering accurate, competitive estimates. Just as importantly, we want someone who looks beyond the numbers and is interested in improving the processes, systems and techniques we use to estimate projects.

The Opportunity

At Teoma, we believe the future of estimating will be shaped by innovation, smarter systems and the effective use of technology.

We see artificial intelligence (AI) as a key opportunity to improve the way our people work, helping us streamline estimating processes, improve efficiency and accuracy, and deliver better outcomes for our business and clients.

We're looking for someone who is open to new ideas, willing to challenge the status quo and excited about exploring how technology and AI can enhance the estimating process.

You'll have the opportunity to bring your existing expertise to an established business while developing your knowledge across electrical and HVAC estimating, with support from our team.

This is more than an estimating role. It's an opportunity to contribute ideas, improve the way we work and help shape the future of our estimating systems and processes.

Who We're Looking For

· Has strong technical knowledge in their chosen discipline and an eye for detail.

· Is commercially minded, organised and results focused.

· Understands the importance of accurate, competitive and timely estimates.

· Takes initiative and actively looks for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
