Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Hackney. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
What it pays
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Your availability We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Qualifications
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,
CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Your responsibilities
Coach each client one-to-one. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Attend mentoring and team workshops.
