Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Clemton Park

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Clemton Park, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay and super

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.



Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What the role involves

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
