Kimberley Kampers is looking for practical, reliable and mechanically minded people to join our manufacturing team in Ballina.

We have multiple full-time opportunities across our manufacturing and assembly operations.

This isn't your typical repetitive production-line job. You'll work on a variety of components, systems and assemblies, helping build some of Australia's most capable off-road campers, caravans and motorhomes.

You don't need a trade qualification. We're looking for people with practical ability, a good attitude and pride in their workmanship.

Key responsibilities

Depending on your skills and experience, duties may include:

- Assembling and fitting components using hand and power tools

- Installing mechanical components, accessories and vehicle systems

- Fitting furniture, cabinetry, fixtures and interior components

- Vehicle preparation, finishing, testing and general workshop duties

- Working across different areas of production as required

About you

We're looking for people who:
- Are practical, hands-on and mechanically minded

- Are confident using hand tools and power tools

- Enjoy building, assembling, repairing or working on mechanical projects

- Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work

- Can follow instructions, solve problems and work independently

- Are reliable, motivated and work well in a team

- Are willing to learn new skills and take on different tasks

Experience in automotive,



construction, manufacturing, mechanical repairs, cabinetmaking, boat building or similar hands-on industries would be highly regarded.

Formal trade qualifications are not essential. We value practical experience, mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Based in Ballina, NSW, we design and manufacture innovative recreational vehicles built to tackle some of Australia's toughest conditions.

Our factory combines mechanical assembly, vehicle fit-out, cabinetry, electrical systems, plumbing and final vehicle preparation, offering a diverse and compelling manufacturing environment.
