We're now looking for experienced Family Lawyers (4+ years PQE) to join our Melbourne and Sydney teams.

This opportunity would be perfect for someone who is confident running their own matters, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to take real ownership of their career. Perhaps you've already built a successful practice and are looking for a firm that will help you take it further. Or perhaps you're an ambitious lawyer who is ready to develop your own client base, take on greater responsibility and explore a genuine pathway to partnership. Either way, we'd love to meet you.

You'll be someone who:

- Has at least 4 years' experience practising Family Law, with a proven ability to independently manage matters from beginning to end.

- Is confident advising clients, making decisions and taking responsibility for their own files.

- Has an established practice or the drive and commercial mindset to build one.

- Enjoys developing relationships, generating opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a successful firm.





- Thrives in a challenging, varied, and fast-paced environment.

- Is curious, forward-thinking, and excited about using smart technology to deliver better outcomes.

- Values teamwork but has the confidence and experience to work autonomously.

- Has ambitions to progress professionally, potentially all the way to partnership.
