You’re an experienced Lead Carpenter or Junior Foreman ready to take the next step into running a commercial construction site. You’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and builds strong relationships with subcontractors, your team and project stakeholders.
You’ll bring
- Previous experience on commercial construction projects.
- A drive to develop your site supervision and team leadership skills.
- A solid understanding of construction sequencing and quality finishes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
- A thorough understanding of WHS requirements and site safety practices.
- A current Construction White Card and Driver Licence.
- A trade qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction.
