About the role

This role suits someone who loves variety. From brand identities and integrated campaigns to product photography, video and motion, your work will connect our products, partners and customers across every touchpoint. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and collaborate with Sales to create work that's visually distinctive and commercially relevant.

What you'll do

- Develop and evolve visual identities, brand assets, design systems and templates that bring consistency and creativity to every touchpoint.

- Contribute original ideas and translate them into compelling multi-channel campaigns, product launches and creative executions.

- Plan, shoot and edit product photography, customer stories, testimonials and engaging content across digital and physical environments.

- Create social-first content, short-form video, animations and motion graphics that capture attention and communicate value.

- Produce creative for digital, social, websites, EDM, print, point of sale, exhibitions, trade shows and customer-facing materials.

- Take projects from brief and concept through to final execution.

What you’ll bring

- Around 3–5 years' professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong, diverse portfolio.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.

- Hands-on photography and videography experience, including camera operation, lighting, audio, editing and post-production.





- Experience creating brand identities and visual systems, not just applying existing guidelines.

- Strong typography, layout, visual storytelling and multi-channel design capabilities.

- The ability to take a creative brief, develop a concept and deliver polished work across multiple formats.

Bonus Skills & Experience

- Figma for design, collaboration and creative workflows.

- Print production, including preparing artwork for qualified print.

- Creating marketing and design assets for B2B audiences.

- Designing for trade shows, exhibitions, point of sale or retail environments.

- Basic 3D rendering or visualisation.

- Incorporating AI tools into creative workflows.
